Privacy
What I do with your data when you join.
When you join the Qualify with Pi waiting list, you share some data with me. Here I explain what it is, what I use it for and what you can do about it.
Who is responsible
Pilar ByT, of Build Your Time, based in Spain. You can email me at buildyourtimewithpi@gmail.com.
What data I process
- Your name, your email, your WhatsApp number and the country you're based in.
- Which form you use to capture leads, and its plan if it's Paperform; where your domain is registered; whether you run Meta ads, and which language you capture leads in.
- Whether you reached the form from this website or from a message in my community.
What for, and on what legal basis
To let you know by email or WhatsApp when Qualify with Pi opens, and to know in advance whether your case could be a good fit. The legal basis is your consent, which you give when you join and can withdraw at any time by emailing me. If you don't give it, I won't contact you and I'll delete your answers.
How long I keep it
Until it opens and I let you know, and for no more than twelve months from when you join. If you ask me to delete it sooner, I will. If you go ahead with the service, it's governed by the service's privacy policy, which you'll receive with the terms.
Who else has access to it
- Typeform, where the form is.
- Google, for email.
- WhatsApp (Meta), if I message you on WhatsApp.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website.
These are providers that process the data to deliver their service to me. Some of them may do so outside the European Union and the United Kingdom, with the safeguards the law provides for, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. I don't sell or share your data with anyone.
This website
It doesn't use cookies or any analytics or advertising tools, and its fonts are hosted on it. The form is on Typeform, which has its own cookie policy.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, object to, restrict or port your data by emailing buildyourtimewithpi@gmail.com. If you feel your rights haven't been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or to the authority where you live, such as the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK (ico.org.uk).
